Chute Reactive Call Outs
On occasion, chute systems can suffer breakdowns. Whilst our planned preventative maintenance will greatly reduce the chance of this, it is not possible to completely eradicate any chance of a fault occurring.
Hardall operate a 24 hour call out response service. This enables us to visit site within 24 hours of a fault being reported, in order to rectify any issue, and to assist in minimising operational interruptions from equipment breakdowns.
Whether it be a deflector plate obstruction, an activated fire shutter door due to a fire in the bin room, or blocked chute system, we will always aim to be on site within 24 hours of notification of an issue for all of our valued customers.
